The following notice is given in accordance with Section 42-46-6 Open Meetings Law, of the General Laws of Rhode Island, 1956, as amended.

In accordance with the rules, regulations, and practices of the Cumberland Planning Board, the regularly scheduled meetings for 2008 of the Board will be held on the following dates:

Unless other notification is given, all planning board meetings will begin at 7:30 p.m. and will be held in the Town Council Chambers, Town Hall, Second Floor, 45 Broad Street, Cumberland, Rhode Island 02864.

Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must provide written notice seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting.
