| The Building Inspector's office is located on the 2nd Floor in the Public Works Department at Town Hall. The Building Department reviews and approves all plans and applications for the issuance of building, electrical, mechanical and plumbing permits. Inspections are completed daily to ensure compliance with State Building Codes and Town Zoning Ordinances. The Electrical Inspector and Plumbing/Mechanical Inspector are part-time employees who work from their home. All inspections for electrical, plumbing and mechanical are to be scheduled with them. To contact the plumbing/mechanical inspector, Larry Giorgi, you call Town Hall at Ext. 125 or 141. Leave the type of inspection, location with street number, and permit number, which is located at the top right corner of the permit. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT NO INSPECTIONS WILL BE DONE WITHOUT THE PERMIT NUMBER!
