“Cumberland 311”

Cumberland 311 is the Town of Cumberland’s new customer service tool that allows citizens a quick and easy reporting system through our mobile app (Cumberland 311), visiting the Town of Cumberland website ( or by going to the SeeClickFix website (   Non-emergency concerns can now be brought to the town’s attention through a partnership with SeeClickFix.  An easy drop down menu allows for easy reporting on a variety of topics with a few simple clicks.   Whether the issue is a pothole that needs attention or a missing / damaged sign needs replacing, Cumberland 311 can get the process started. 

Our staff responds to requests during normal business hours.  When a request comes in after hours, it will be read on the next business day.  It is important to note that emergency situations should continue to use 911.  



The widget above allows you to make service requests, and well as track previously reported problems, from your computer. To report a concern:

  1. Make sure the Report tab is selected.
  2. Drag the map marker to the location of the issue, or type in the address directly.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Choose a service request Category from the drop-down menu that matches your concern.
  5. Enter a Title (required), additional Description (optional), and attach an Image (optional).
  6. Click Submit.

Once you have sent a report, you will receive an email communication from the Town acknowledging your service request. You can continue to check on the status of the concern online.  Once the work is complete or the concern has been resolved, you will be notified by email as well.
