Court is in session every first and third Tuesday of the month at 6:00pm
Council Chambers, Town Hall - Second Floor.

The Municipal Court Offices are located in the Town Clerk's Office.

The following notice is given in accordance with Section 42-46-6, Open Meetings Law, of the General Laws of Rhode Island, 1956, as amended.

In accordance with the rules, regulations and practices of the Cumberland Municipal Court, the regularly scheduled meetings of the Court will be held on the following dates:

May 15th court date is cancelled.

Unless other notification is given, all municipal court sessions will be held the first and third Tuesday of every month beginning at 6:00 p.m. and will be held in the Town Council Chambers, Town Hall, Second Floor, 45 Broad Street, Cumberland, RI 02864

Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must provide written notice seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting.
