Process & Procedure
In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the ADA, the Town has established a grievance procedure (PDF) for individuals with disabilities. ANY AND ALL complaints that a municipal program, service, or activity is not accessible to persons with disabilities should be submitted to Mayor Mutter, ADA Coordinator.
