Award Winning Budget Information:

We are very happy to be able to share that the Town of Cumberland has been awarded the Government Finance Officers Association’s Distinguished Budget Presentation Award in FY23 (and we will be submitting again for the FY24 Budget)! In order to receive the budget award, the Town had to satisfy nationally recognized guidelines for effective budget presentation. These guidelines are designed to assess how well an entity's budget serves as:

  •  a policy document
  • a financial plan
  • an operations guide
  • a communications device

New Vendors

New vendors must submit their W-9 to the Finance Department prior to submitting any invoices. W-9s can be emailed to Accounts Payable or mailed to the Town of Cumberland, Finance Department at:
